Terms of Return or Replacement

eBuyzaar is committed to providing products of the high quality and standard, and we stand behind all the products we sell. However, in some instances, a return of product is unavoidable. It is our goal to make returns as simple and prompt as possible. Please notify us  by using the Contact Us form of this website or emailing us at prometheus_03@lycos.com so that we can assist you during this process.

Our Return Policy

This return policy applies to all products sold on this site excluding food, beverage, nutritional supplements or perishable products. (See below)

All eligible returns will be require a Return Authorization (RA) number and/or form to receive refund. All returns must be in their original or unopened packaging with no usage. The Return Authorization (RA) form will indicate the shipping or mailing address to return product(s). The customer must include Return Authorization number and form in order to receive refund for returned item(s). We will not process or refund returned product(s) that have no RA number and/or forms included with returned item(s).

All eligible return of product(s) will be honored within 14 days after receipt of shipped item(s).

In order to begin return process, please contact us to inform us of your desire to return unused, unopened item.
Such eligible return item will have RA number and RA form that is to be included in return shipment with designated shipping or mailing address that will be provided by us.

Any return without RA number and form will not be processed for any replacement or refund.

The customer bears shipping and handling (S&H) costs for return of received item(s) to designated mailing or return address unless shipped item contains prepaid return labels.

Refunds upon authorized returns with proper accompanying RA number and/or RA form will be returned or credited back, exclusive of shipping and handling (S&H) costs, to original payment method used by customer in their purchase.

All returns are subject to 25% restocking fee which would be subtracted from final purchase price or costs of merchandise or item.

Upon satisfactory receipt, inspection, and processing of return, refund minus restocking fee and exclusive of shipping and handling (S&H) costs or replacement product will be issued to you. Please allow 1-2 billing cycle for your refund to be seen on your billing or payment statement.

Damaged or Defective Product

We guarantee that every product we sell will be as pictured and described and will be free from defect. If you receive an item that does meet not this guarantee, we will issue you a full refund or provide a replacement.

We will replace any damaged or defective item that that is received by you. In order to begin replacement process, customer is required to provide photo (s) of damaged or defective merchandise that is received by customer in its original, unopened form (for quality control purposes). Documented defective or damaged item(s) should be sent by emailing us at prometheus_03@lycos.com

If you receive a product other than the one you ordered, we will send out the correct product and arrange for return of the incorrect one. Please contact us promptly (within forty-eight or 48 hours) so that we can arrange a replacement to be sent to you.

Return Policy for any food, beverages, food supplements or any perishable items

As a result of food safety measures, federal regulations, and current healthcare crisis, there is no refund or returns for any such item(s) upon delivery or receipt of such item(s). We will only accept or process replacement for any damaged or defective (like broken, crushed, leaking or physically compromised packaged items) merchandise that is delivered to you.

In order to process replacement, you should provide us with photos evidencing such damaged or defective product during your initial customer contact at Contact Us form or email address of prometheus_03@lycos.com

Upon satisfactory receipt of such information and review, we can send out replacement product at no additional charge to you. We will honor replacement for damaged or defective item(s) that are made within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt or delivery of such item(s). Any damage or defective claim after this period would not be accepted, except in extenuating circumstances.
